1 Definitions

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

tya777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tya777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

tya777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.
• Where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

Players may close their tya777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed to tya777.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to tya777's customer support team for resolution. tya777 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent tya777 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
